If you would like to refer a customer to the Trust Fund, simply complete an online application form, including the income and expenditure information, through the process below:

1) Go to twtf.aurigaapp.org

2) Create an account

3) In the organisation drop down box, select other

4) Insert the name of your agency

5) Complete the application and submit

Please note: we would expect agencies to provide a benefit check and give debt advice prior to the application – if you are unable to provide this service, please indicate this on the application form in the notes section so that we can give the best possible service to the customer.
