Self-Referral to the Kensington and Chelsea Food Bank
This is a referral form to obtain a food voucher for people who are:
(i) residents of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea; AND,
(ii) who are a new users of the food bank.

We aim to contact you by phone within 3 working days to explore the reasons why you need a food voucher and, if appropriate, we will issue you with a food voucher code.
Please note that we reserve the right not to issue a food voucher if we have reasonable grounds to believe you do not need one. Please also note that this is not a referral form for general enquiries. General enquiries should be made via our various access points.
