Family Hubs in Kensington and Chelsea is a way of getting extra support to help families when difficulties first begin. Through their Family Hub Model they work with families to understand their needs and secure support. This means responding promptly if a child is at immediate risk of harm (or has other significant or complex needs), as well as offering general advice or guidance.
