Internal Kensington and Chelsea Food Bank Referrals
This is a referral form primarily for existing users of the Kensington and Chelsea Food Bank where we have identified a continuing need, or new users who have in a food emergency. By completing this form you are referring the client into our service to explore ways of maximising their income, which may include:
Benefit Checks and support accessing those benefits
Budgeting support
Debt assessments
Identifying and assisting to make applications for charitable grants
We are unlikely to offer support under this funding for matters that will not increase a client’s income and those clients should be instead directed to our other outreach services.
We will aim to contact the client within 3 working days to explore the reasons why they need a subsequent food voucher and, if appropriate, we will issue them with another food voucher code as well as providing them with initial advice.
